experiencing with nostalgia

 have you ever had experienced having

nostalgia to experience it 

that's it could be a pattern

like if you moved when you were

young to another country from your homeland

and multiple ways back and forth to with another country

all that you have to do is to keep thinking all the best memories 

and moments from each country to the next one 

making new friends when you first moved to

i have had experiencing nostalgia in between all 

the countries that I moved to you can think it was

like an adventure to you 

for me it was my own adventure

if you had nostalgia it's like being homesick

I remember when I had my first nostalgia when I moved from my homeland

until I made lots of friends to help me along the way and then felt to be home

but then sadly moved back to my hometown again and once again had it my second 

which it took a little hard but then I started to made more friends and it was gone that feeling

until my last nostalgia when I moved again from my hometown and then I was back home again 

rejoining all that I had from my hometown part of it to have nostalgia and being homesick to be far away from your family and parents 

this time I'm so blessed to be altogether as a family again this move  that I made it was like bringing the family back together again

and now from where I'm now it's like to be back home to my homeland again

what is nostalgia to you

 do you know what is nostalgia

to you I can tell you what is it to me

nostalgia is a feeling that you have inside

can you overcome it yes you can just take some time

you can look over some old pictures that you have 

to help you and think the good times that you had share 

what you used to do with your friends like singing to catch up with another

to rejoin what you miss while you moved away all the activities that you had

with all of your friends from your hometown where you born and grow up in

to catching up to see them again talking to them that's a very good thing

sure you can feel a little nostalgia along the way 

but also it's have all the activities that you had share all of them 

all over again from where you are now

it's a wonderful thing to feel it's like if your 'e back to your 

hometown again 

so what's nostalgia to you again

it's a other side of what you used had which you are already had overcome from

overcome nostalgia

 to overcome nostalgia

it is a very good thing to do

and sometimes it is very hard to do

because when you moved away a lot

from a country to another country

and you miss all the times and moments

that you had and missing them and 

your friends along the way 

but the best thing you can do to think over 

all of them the best and good ones that you 

had shared all of them 

sometimes you can also do 

is to look over all the pictures that you had

nostalgia is a feeling that you have inside

it 's a little sad 

but also a very good thing

music is everything

music is so much more than music to you
it's like about anything you want to be 
a coach or a best friend

it's helps you in so many ways 
your sadness madness calms you 
and makes you happy 
it's lifts you up cheer you up
motivates you
and a healer as well

music is right there for you no matter what how you feel 
if you need an hear to listen to you

music talks to you with all the lyrics if you have a very good
ear it's talks to you 
no matter what kind it is 
and what are you feeling 

it touches you and your heart if you are listening
to inspirational music and motivational as well

also music helps you to sleep as well 
like landscape and sounds off anything 

and if you making music like playing to any
instruments that also helps just play what you feel
personally

you can also talk to it by singing with all the lyrics
along like a musical conversation with music just 
between you and the music

to me music is like my best friend
i don't know what i would do without any music
it's makes me

music also can identify you who you are
inside and out

boredom

is a feeling that you feel inside
that there's nothing else you can do
around 
you can only could do that's it's fun to do
is to hear some music because music is everything
in someone's lives now 

it's more fun to cheer you more than you know
since we what to do we can't do now 
because of this global wave that we are going through 
at right now 
for the time being we can hear music watching TV watching movies
to be around our loved ones now

and our pets as well of course 
you could easily get bored 

we can also exercise as well
if you want you can make yourself a playlist of
anything music you want to hear during the quarantine 

there's so many songs that is very famous it can surprisingly you
what you can find that you actual hear what you like from the any 
decade 
what you like to hear 
you can also write read paint draw 
as well and of course take a walk with protection 
of course just stay safe 

boredom is the word when we feel usually 
but not so often but we do feel it though

what is the difference of sadness and depression

do you know the difference in two are?
one is a emotion that you feel inside 
and the one it's actual a state of what 
going inside of yourself 
what you feel 
like you don't like to feel or do anything
to do 
you can't imagine of what you feel inside

feeling sad it's normal to feel but feeling
depression it's actually is not

is like taking over yourself inside 
and not feeling yourself and that's 
really 
hard 
what about if you had feeling 
postpartum depression 
not wanting to carry your kids

that's even more sadder 
to be as well

i admire my sister in law so much she actual went 
to this with my nephew 

and now she's back to herself 

sadness it could be last not for too long
but however with depression it does 
and especially postpartum as well

it's not easy at all
just an advice take each day at a time

as a coach or a life coach
you should think that

also if you have the same feelings and emotions
that you can relate to and to have an connection as well
you should value that about that the most about what do you love
to reach out

it takes a lot to be a coach and a life coach you actual need an good
hear and an heart to them if you are a good friend to talk to
and knows how can you help and opening your heart to them

that's why you love to help people alot

try it not only it helps them but also it helps to your own self
as well
